How to Enjoy A Panic Attack

Step 1: Find a nice cozy corner to cry hysterically in. (Make sure to bring tissues.)

Step 2: Avoid every other human being, like they are carriers of the plague. In fact, just do this in general.

Step 3: Just let the 100’s of varying emotions wash over you. Most people pay to go on rollercoasters, why not enjoy the free emotional rollercoaster ride.

Step 4: Pray this is the last one. As fun as panic attacks are. Having one is really all you need to get the full panic ridden experience.

So there you have it. This is a fool proof method to enjoying the worst part of a day.

I am not taking panic attacks lightly, I have had a stupid amount of them. I just wanted to poke fun at something that truly sucks.

    I haven’t had a panic attack in a couple of weeks. If you can’t make fun of yourself, then who can. It’s no fun being serious all the time… besides, I love to laugh even when I’m having a depressed episode.
